Now we are well into summer, the sun is hot and the days are longer! One thing that most people struggle with during the hotter months is to remembering to stay hydrated. The average daily intake of water is around 8-10 glasses (or between 2 and 2.6 Litres), which is a pretty big number! However, you don't have to spend your entire day sipping away at plain water to boost your intake.
